Responsibilities
Prepare and organize legal documents and case files
Assist skiptracers and legal assistants with daily tasks and case support
Draft professional correspondence and documents for customers
File legal paperwork and maintain accurate records
Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and tracking
Perform data entry and typing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Learn and use skiptracing tools to locate customers and assets
Communicate and coordinate with local courts regarding legal proceedings and filings
Follow established procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
