Responsibilities
Rhythm of the business (ROB) – You will develop and help execute SMEC leadership rhythms and several leadership communities through a streamlined and integrated ROB as well as secure the facilitators and develop the content needed for these forums to be impactful
Maximizing and extending the Chief of Staff – Leveraging knowledge of your leader's goals and approach, you will ensure team activities are aligned with the leader's objectives and commitments. You’ll work to optimize the leader's impact and time by organizing the communications of the leader and performing triage and comms on behalf of the leader to expedite the business. You will also help with the broader Office team’s ROB, people development, and culture plans
Budget and forecast – Using your understanding of the organization's strategy and deliverables for the upcoming year(s), you will design budgets and ensure successful execution against those plans. You’ll contribute to the identification of actions that will course-correct
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
equivalent experience
