Accessibility Coordinator - Disability and Resource Services
The University of Pittsburgh is seeking an Accessibility Coordinator for its Disability Resources and Services. The primary goal of this role is to work with students and employees with disabilities to ensure equal access to the university's activities, providing case management and determining reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities
Work individually with students and employees with disabilities to ensure equal access to the physical, educational and programmatic activities of the University of Pittsburgh
Meet regularly with students and employees
Provide case management
Evaluate documentation to determine eligibility
Determine reasonable accommodations
Disseminate information to the university community
Serve as a resource for responding to current and prospective students, staff, and faculty
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Education Level Required: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Years Of Experience Required: 3
Background Check: For position finalists, employment with the University will require successful completion of a background check
Child Protection Clearances: The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks are required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance
