Senior Managing Director, Retirement Plan Services - Minneapolis

Responsibilities
Identify, understand, and implement strategic initiatives related to Retirement Plan Services
Work with the Retirement Plan Services Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance process
Lead risk assessment initiatives and oversee internal and external audits
Working with the Vice President, Retirement Plan Services Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations
Optimize workflows and leverage technology within operations to enhance automation and improve service delivery
Work with the Managing Director, Retirement Plan Services to lead the Relationship Management team in delivering exceptional client service
Qualification
Required
4 Year Degree Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant degree, required
15 or more years of industry or relevant experience
Proven leadership experience in managing compliance, operations, and relationship management teams within a retirement plan services environment
In-depth knowledge of ERISA, DOL, IRS and other related regulations
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills which include: relationship development, listening, oral and written communication, decision making, organizing, executing and implementing plans, team building and work coordination
