The Executive Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the quality of services provided to residents.

Qualification

Nursing Home Administrator licenseBudgetary responsibilityBachelor’s degreeManagement experienceSupervisory experience

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within a retirement community or similar environment in a management position, preferably as a Nursing Home Administrator

Experience should show progressively increasing supervisory and budgetary responsibilities within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting

Preferred

Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
