Responsibilities
Conduct a first visit focused on gathering accurate financial information, connection with the prospect using the SERVE model and understanding the prospect’s retirement goals and concerns
Perform detailed analysis of financial, tax, and retirement data to build a comprehensive planning case following our process of case design
Lead a second visit to clearly explain which includes Interlinc’s planning process and philosophy, How the prospect’s plan should be structured, Identified tax-saving opportunities and planning considerations, Present information in a calm, educational, and non-pressured manner using the SERVE model
Present educational seminars as part of Interlinc’s marketing and outreach efforts
Transition the relationship to the Concierge Service Advisor once the prospect becomes a client
Work within established systems where implementation and ongoing servicing are handled by the concierge service team
This role does not include long-term client servicing or administrative processing
Qualification
Required
Operate at a fiduciary level
Prefer clarity, accuracy, and consistency over pressure or sales-driven environments
Conduct a first visit focused on gathering accurate financial information, connection with the prospect using the SERVE model and understanding the prospect's retirement goals and concerns
Perform detailed analysis of financial, tax, and retirement data to build a comprehensive planning case following our process of case design
Lead a second visit to clearly explain Interlinc's planning process and philosophy, how the prospect's plan should be structured, identified tax-saving opportunities and planning considerations
Present information in a calm, educational, and non-pressured manner using the SERVE model
Present educational seminars as part of Interlinc's marketing and outreach efforts
Transition the relationship to the Concierge Service Advisor once the prospect becomes a client
Work within established systems where implementation and ongoing servicing are handled by the concierge service team
