In this role, you will deliver exceptional service, promote products, and support financial transactions while traveling to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor for members' financial needs, offering solutions, handling transactions, and building meaningful relationships

Open new accounts, assist with account updates, and support lending opportunities

Cross-sell Clearview’s full range of products using digital tools to match members’ needs

Educate members on self-service options, such as a self-service kiosk or digital banking station, ATM, and automated phone service

Provide accurate rate quotes and product information

Resolve member concerns efficiently and professionally

Support Clearview’s presence at community and charity events

Stay current on financial products, promotions, and policies

Participate in training, team initiatives, and ongoing professional development

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

A valid driver's license is required

Employees must have reliable access to a personal vehicle

Employees must maintain active auto insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum liability coverage required by the state in which their vehicle is registered
