Responsibilities
Partner with corporate and property leaders to understand financial and operational results
Identify, execute, and support analytical opportunities in collaboration with FP&A leadership
Deliver reports, insights, and recommendations that support financial management at the property level
Create ad-hoc analyses and present findings to senior FP&A stakeholders
Support data and analytics innovation initiatives
Partner with property teams on action planning, progress tracking, and goal achievement
Assist with revenue and expense forecasting through analysis of trends and business operations
Prepare clear, compelling presentations for senior and executive leadership
Proactively build knowledge of the business across multiple functional areas
Coach and support other Analysts in their development and day-to-day work
Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
3+ years of prior relevant experience
Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret statistical data
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
Experience working with financial, database, and analytical systems
Able to clearly communicate insights in both written and verbal formats
Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leaders
Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership potential with an interest in mentoring others
Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
Preferred
Experience in a resort or hospitality environment
