Responsibilities

Assist in providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Assist with projects such as security (antivirus, endpoint protection, firewalls), upgrades, infrastructure deployments, etc
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop hardware issues
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems
Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
Assist with setting up and maintaining user accounts and permissions
Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system
Provide support for peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices
Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to the support process
Keep users and clients informed about the status of their issue resolution

Required

General proficiency working in Active Directory, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
