Lead and support a team of Maintenance Technicians
Complete and oversee repairs for buildings, amenities, and common areas
Perform daily property walks to identify maintenance needs

Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
Qualification
Required
6+ months of property maintenance experience
6+ months of supervisory or lead experience
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Basic computer skills
Knowledge and skills in plumbing repair
Knowledge and skills in electrical troubleshooting
Knowledge and skills in appliance repair
Knowledge and skills in wall/drywall repair
