Responsibilities

Assist in creating financial plans and budgets for the Americas region, collaborating closely with operational teams to set realistic goals and manage budgets effectively

Conduct detailed financial analyses, evaluate past results, predict performance, and identify trends to provide actionable insights for leadership

Prepare regular reports and dashboards to inform management about key financial metrics and overall business performance in the Americas region. Ensure relevant, timely reporting to Operations, Controlling, and leadership. Assist in preparing consolidated reports for the Americas President and internal/external reporting

Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen internal controls

Monitor compliance with cost policies and help implement and improve cost control processes

Manage communication with auditors during financial and operational audits
