Program Coordinator, High-Growth Global & Domestic Entrepreneurs
The Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center is a pioneering nonprofit focused on creating an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem. They are seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of programs for high-growth domestic and global entrepreneurs, ensuring exceptional experiences and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
Coordinate learning cohorts and leadership programs, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Outreach, track and recruit teachers in support of community needs to build into short form classes (typically 3-4 per month)
Supported by our Event Specialist, ensure each class production delivers an exceptional experience for all volunteer teachers and beneficiaries
Support relationship management with global partners, mentors, and funders to ensure alignment and program excellence
Oversee logistics across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless participant experience
Help refine scalable systems for global learning delivery and continuous improvement
Track participant progress, milestones, and global impact metrics in CRM and analytics systems
Collaborate with the Directors of Learning & Impact team to analyze outcomes and produce funder and board reports
Integrate feedback and learning insights into the design of next-generation global programs
Support strategic planning for international expansion and new partnerships
Help develop frameworks for global collaboration and data-sharing with regional partners
Build management and operational skills for advancement into a Head of Programs role within 12–24 months
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in global program coordination, nonprofit operations, or research-driven learning environments
Experience managing cross-cultural communication and international partnerships
Analytical and systems-oriented thinker, comfortable managing data and process flows
Strong project management skills and the ability to execute across multiple priorities
Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and readiness for future leadership
