Responsibilities
Support day-to-day ops across teams (product, marketing, talent, partnerships)
Assist in tracking KPIs, project progress, and preparing weekly status updates
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user insight gathering
Help with internal documentation (Notion, Airtable), process improvement, and playbook creation
Work closely with the CEO on key strategic priorities like partnerships, pitch decks, or operational planning
Assist with event support, sponsor outreach, and launch coordination
Qualification
Required
Final-year students, recent grads, or career switchers passionate about startups and strategy
Studying or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Tech, Communications, or Entrepreneurship
Naturally organized, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats
Data-curious, love solving problems, and thrive in ambiguity
Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack, and basic spreadsheets
Care about creators, culture, tech, and the future of human connection
