They are seeking a Customer Service Order Administrator who will be responsible for resolving customer service issues and managing order processing tasks under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures
Obtains customers' names, addresses, billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased
Answers basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders
Resolves basic customer service or billing complaints
Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken
Serves as customer interface on product status and delivery
Responsible for scanning, filing and archiving service order packets
Inducts customer returned goods (CRGs) into SAP, creates and releases repair orders to the operations floor, per the direction of the Customer Account Specialist
Reviews and completes pending sales billing
Conducts shipping tasks, including quality checks for accuracy
Updates and maintains induction/shipping spreadsheets for tracking orders

Required

Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
