Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client-specific technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives
Proactively refresh client roadmaps on a 12-month cadence
Deliver both Light Roadmaps (high-level, streamlined) and Full Strategic Roadmaps (detailed, multi-year plans) based on both client and internal needs
Create and maintain solution templates, vendor battlecards, and client strategy documentation
Engage in high-level discussions with clients, especially C-level stakeholders, to guide long-term technology planning as needed
Work closely with internal teams to deliver client solutions that align with both client and internal business goals
Serve as a high-level technical escalation point for the Client Success team
Provide quality assurance on client onboarding projects
Communicate technical requirements clearly to scoping and delivery teams
Provide guidance on security, compliance, and industry best practices
Be a Team Player – Frequent communication with both your team and clients is imperative to operational success

Required

At least 5 years of experience in technology-facing roles (support, engineering, account management)

On occasion, we do require work outside of our standard business hours to accommodate client needs
Ability to interpret metrics such as SLAs, ticket volume trends, NPS/CSAT, uptime, or project progress
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technology concepts (servers, networks, endpoints, cloud environments)
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystems (Azure AD, M365 administration, Intune, Exchange)
Proven ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to assume responsibility and ownership for work performed
Complete command of English language both written and conversational
Experience working with ticketing systems
