Responsibilities

Perform data validation and regression testing for ETL processes
Develop automated QA frameworks for data pipelines
Ensure adherence to data quality standards and regulatory compliance
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Document workflows and create SOPs for data-related operations
Partner with stakeholders to implement process automation and efficiency enhancements

Qualification

Required

Perform data validation and regression testing for ETL processes
Develop automated QA frameworks for data pipelines
Ensure adherence to data quality standards and regulatory compliance

Document workflows and create SOPs for data-related operations
Partner with stakeholders to implement process automation and efficiency enhancements
Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and performance tuning
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and ADF
Strong understanding of data governance and quality assurance practices
Business process analysis and documentation experience

Preferred

HEALTHCARE Domain experience
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and agile methodologies
Knowledge of Python and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft DP-203, Azure Databricks)
