Processing invoices, and sometimes basic bookkeeping
Providing general support to staff, assisting with special projects, and acting as a point person for various needs
Managing calendars, booking meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating events
Qualification
Required
Provides clerical support
Responsibilities may include secretarial, receptionist, bookkeeping, information processing or related clerical tasks

Standards of personal hygiene consistent with sanitation rules and regulations
Must be able to occasionally work outside
Must be able to follow safety protocols when mixing cleaning solutions
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Must be able to walk up and down stairs
