They are seeking a Client Service Analyst to assist clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience and effective problem resolution.

Assist clients by phone, email, and chat to answer questions and troubleshoot issues
Work closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams, acting as a bridge between customers and technology
Turn every interaction into a positive experience and every problem into a solution
Help customers resolve technical challenges and guide them through new features
Document insights that improve processes
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or help desk roles, ideally in a SaaS or software environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you're clear, empathetic, and professional
A knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving, paired with curiosity and patience
Comfort with technology and a genuine desire to help people succeed with it
Preferred
Previous payroll experience, or light accounting experience
