Inside Sales Representative
Per Sé Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for their client, a leading supplier of lasers and fabrication equipment in North America. In this role, you will support service sales operations, connect with customers, generate new sales opportunities, and help drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and emails to existing customers to generate new service opportunities
Follow up on leads provided by field service technicians
Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations to close sales
Log all sales activities, notes, and updates in the CRM system
Conduct virtual product or service demonstrations when needed
Process orders by submitting accurate information to the operations team
Meet weekly and monthly service revenue targets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Inside Sales experience
Experience selling services or parts in the manufacturing/industrial field is a plus
Strong phone communication skills and confidence making a high volume of calls
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic
Preferred
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Jira, or similar)
