Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach—cold calling, lead generation, campaigns, and social media engagement
Build and nurture relationships with high-value accounts, creating tailored strategies to maximize success
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals from initial contact through close, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer experience
Gain deep expertise in EnlivenHealth’s products and services to deliver compelling presentations and value-driven conversations
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Use Salesforce to manage leads, forecast sales, and track customer interactions with precision
Support onboarding and development of ISR I/II team members while partnering with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Digital Experience, and Solution Sales teams to achieve shared goals
Consistently meet and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
Represent EnlivenHealth’s values and vision in every interaction

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets

Preferred

SaaS value based sales experience in a healthcare environment highly desired
Experience in consultative selling environments
Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy industry trends and terminology
Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
Solution-oriented mindset with expert negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
Demonstrated success in closing complex deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
