Qualification
Required
3 - 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
JD and active bar admission in good standing
Experience handling discovery, motion practice, depositions, and client interaction
Background in sophisticated commercial disputes
Preferred
Experience with breach of contract, business torts, trade secrets, or similar matters
Comfort working closely with partners and managing matters with increasing autonomy
Exposure to high-stakes or multi-jurisdictional litigation
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
