Gaining menu knowledge and giving recommendations from the compilation of cuisine and drink
Engaging in casual conversation and creating the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes
General restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year experience as a server, preferably in a fine dining environment
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal communication skills
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be available to work a flexible schedule
