Responsibilities
Managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles
Developing and enhancing employer branding strategies
Working closely with internal teams to meet staffing goals
Identifying, engaging, and nurturing diverse talent pools
Delivering an excellent candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and comprehensive Hiring processes
Skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates across diverse roles
Experience in Recruiting strategies and Employer Branding initiatives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
Knowledge of talent acquisition tools, systems, and best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with the landscape, construction, or service industry
