Responsibilities
This role requires strong financial modelling, analytical skills, and the ability to manage large datasets to deliver actionable insights for mergers and acquisitions
Build and analyze financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR) for valuation and sensitivity analysis
Process and interpret financial, operational, and customer data for trend and synergy analysis
Conduct market research and comparative analysis of industry peers
Develop presentation materials including pitch decks, CIMs, teasers, and management presentations
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and research skills
Strong financial modelling skills
Ability to manage large datasets to deliver actionable insights for mergers and acquisitions
Ability to build and analyze financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR) for valuation and sensitivity analysis
Ability to process and interpret financial, operational, and customer data for trend and synergy analysis
Ability to conduct market research and comparative analysis of industry peers
Ability to develop presentation materials including pitch decks, CIMs, teasers, and management presentations
Preferred
CPA and MBA preferred, practical experience highly valued
3+ years of M&A experience strongly preferred
Experience with Capital IQ and similar tools a plus
