Responsibilities

Lead the creation of a new post-production company, including:

Developing the business model and service offerings

Recruiting and mentoring a world-class creative and technical team

Establishing scalable workflows that leverage AI for efficiency and creativity

Drive the artistic vision for high-end VFX across film, television, and immersive media projects

Integrate AI-powered tools (generative models, ML-based compositing, automated rotoscoping) into the pipeline to deliver cutting-edge results

Collaborate with our media partner to ensure strategic alignment and long-term growth

Stay ahead of industry trends and position the company as a leader in AI-driven post-production
