Attending video conferences with headquarters

Qualification

Required

Native-level Japanese proficiency in writing, reading, and verbal communication is mandatory due to frequent meetings and reports to the parent company
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
At least 5 years of full-time work experience

Preferred

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Real estate broker or agent license
Good communication skills
A few years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably as an asset manager, property manager, or real estate broker/agent (residential or commercial properties)
