Responsibilities

Lead and scale the Sales Center of Excellence, delivering enterprise-wide sales enablement frameworks across all brands
Build and deploy foundational and advanced sales playbooks including sales targeting, best practices, and execution standards
Standardize sales processes, CRM usage, KPI reporting, and pipeline visibility while improving cross-brand data sharing
Enable and support field-based outside sales teams focused on referral-driven B2B selling including case managers, associations, and community partners
Develop market-specific sales plans tailored to local target markets rather than generic nationwide playbooks
Partner with marketing to deliver sales enablement marketing assets such as one-sheets, pamphlets, and field-ready materials
Advise leadership on sales planning, market prioritization, and go-to-market strategies for growth initiatives
Use data and analytics to improve referral conversion, execution consistency, and ROI across brands

Required

10 or more years of experience in sales enablement, growth enablement, or sales operations leadership
Proven success building enterprise enablement programs across distributed or multi-brand organizations
Strong background in field-based, referral-driven growth models, preferably within healthcare or multi-site services
Deep experience with CRM platforms and data-driven performance management such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Clear understanding of the distinction between sales leadership and sales enablement
Bachelor's degree required
