The Research Engineer will be responsible for architecting AI agents, implementing reasoning frameworks, and managing the production deployment of models to create sophisticated video generation systems.

Responsibilities

Architect AI Agents: Design sophisticated agent architectures capable of long-horizon planning and reasoning. You will translate abstract research concepts into robust production systems

Implement Reasoning Frameworks: Utilize and optimize agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph ) and reasoning strategies (e.g., ReAct, Chain-of-Thought ) to maximize performance

Deploy & Optimize Models: Manage the production deployment of LLMs and diffusion models. You will handle model serving, inference optimization, and ensure high availability using engines like vLLM, TGI, or TensorRT-LLM

Scale Systems: Implement load balancing and asynchronous processing strategies to handle high-concurrency requests, ensuring the agent remains responsive under heavy load

Collaborate: Work closely with core Research Scientists to operationalize SOTA multimodal models for our application stack

Required

Master's degree in CS, AI, ML, or a related field

Proven experience architecting AI Agents with a deep understanding of workflows, memory management (RAG/Vector DBs), and tool usage

Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks

Proficiency in Python and PyTorch

Experience deploying open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral) and managing inference services

Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and traffic distribution/load balancing

Preferred

PhD in Computer Science or a related AI discipline

Background in video generation models, diffusion models, or multimodal agents

Experience optimizing CUDA kernels or utilizing model quantization (AWQ/GPTQ) for faster inference
