Responsibilities

Prepare design calculations under the supervision of senior engineers
Assist with the preparation of planning and design technical reports
Review and evaluate instrumentation and monitoring data
Assist with construction site inspections and daily reporting
Assist with preparing and maintaining contract drawings using AutoCAD
Assist in reviewing construction submittals and requests for information
Communicate effectively with other designer and construction management staff
Work on a variety of office and field assignments

Qualification

Civil EngineeringAutoCAD Civil 3DStructural EngineeringGeotechnical EngineeringMicrosoft OfficeAnalytical SkillsCommunication SkillsTeamwork

Required

Must be a currently enrolled college student working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or similar program
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad Civil 3D programs
Candidates should be able to multi-task and prioritize work, have strong communication skills and be able to work in a team environment
Strong analytical and technical communication skills

Preferred

Coursework or experience in structural or geotechnical engineering
