Responsibilities

Maintain an established set of artifacts and lead business process mapping and efficiency work, including methodology and approach, workshop facilitation, and maintenance of appropriate business process and enterprise-wide requirements, to support the wider change agenda

Collect business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals

Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required

Maintain an established set of enterprise architecture artifacts

Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions

Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization

Manage workstreams or small projects within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviors

Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved
