Responsibilities

Manage client communication including correspondence, notes, files, and maintain compliant client records

Prepare materials for new and existing client meetings

Gather essential client data and prepare comprehensive financial plans

Be a strategic partner to the Wealth Management Advisor on client solutions and recommendations

Partner closely with the Wealth Management Advisor and other team members to support ongoing client relationships

Keep up to date on software system enhancements, new products and compliance changes/opportunities

Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling confidential and sensitive information

Participate in learning opportunities

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree required

High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrates ability to maintain effective working relationships within the firm and its clients

Preferred

Degree in finance preferred

1-2 years of financial planning experience preferred
