Responsibilities
Lead the development, coordination, and execution of operational readiness standards to ensure teams are fully prepared for new features, environment changes, releases, and customer onboarding activities
Build and maintain comprehensive readiness and project plans that outline timelines, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and cross-functional responsibilities
Partner with engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams to drive alignment, clarify readiness requirements, and ensure smooth execution across all phases of delivery
Apply technical program management best practices to streamline workflows, standardize readiness processes, and enhance operational consistency across teams
Monitor readiness scope, schedules, and progress, proactively identifying blockers, gaps, or risks and driving resolution through cross-functional collaboration
Coordinate with third-party internal partners to ensure readiness-related commitments, deliverables, and integrations meet expectations
Deliver clear and timely status updates to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, mitigation plans, and impacts to operational timelines
Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, driving post-readiness retrospectives, and incorporating industry best practices into updated standards
Ensure all operational readiness documentation is accurate, accessible, and maintained in alignment with governance, audit, and compliance standards
Foster a collaborative, execution-focused environment by providing guidance across teams, supporting readiness preparation efforts, and reinforcing a culture of operational excellence and maturity
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience in product management, operational excellence, program management, or large-scale operations roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
Demonstrated experience in at least three of the following: defect management, incident management, CAPA, operational governance, continuous improvement, or major cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to develop metrics, set measurable improvement targets, and drive impactful results
Experience facilitating executive-level discussions and aligning cross-functional teams towards common goals
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Preferred
Background in Healthcare IT, cloud operations, or enterprise SaaS
Knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, or healthcare regulatory requirements
Certification or experience with Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or other operational excellence frameworks
Track record of establishing systems and standards to support operational excellence and continuous improvement
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable, scalable programs
Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups across functional boundaries
Experience developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
