Business Development Manager – UiPath Solutions
Genzeon is an AI and automation company dedicated to serving the healthcare and retail industries. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business for their UiPath and agentic-AI-led services, focusing on selling solution-led automation programs across various healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new automation and AI opportunities across payer, provider, PBM, and health-tech clients
Lead full sales cycles – from discovery and scoping to proposal, negotiation, and close
Position UiPath-driven vertical solutions such as Prior Authorization, Claims Triage, Provider Operations, and Patient Access
Build strong partnerships with UiPath account executives and alliance teams to co-sell and convert shared pipeline
Collaborate with presales and delivery to shape pragmatic, outcome-oriented automation programs
Maintain clean CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
Represent Genzeon at UiPath events and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility and relationships
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of enterprise business development experience in IT services, automation, or digital transformation
Proven success selling solution-based services, not just projects or staff augmentation
Working knowledge of UiPath platform components – RPA, IXP, Document Understanding, AI/ML integration
Understanding of healthcare business processes and how automation drives efficiency and compliance
Pure hunting role focused on enterprise automation and agentic-AI solution selling in healthcare
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders – business, operations, and technology
A self-starter mindset – entrepreneurial, resilient, and outcomes-driven
Preferred
Preferably from UiPath ecosystem partners or healthcare automation players
