Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to prepare, process, and track donor acknowledgments, gift agreements, and related correspondence accurately and on time
Support data entry, tracking, and reporting of stewardship deliverables, recognition programs, and impact metrics
Assist with managing donor lists, mailings, invitations, and other communications to ensure consistency and quality
Partner with the Operations Manager and team to support logistics and execution of donor experiences, both virtual and in-person, including courtesies and recognition touchpoints
Work with the team to coordinate projects, schedules, and cross-functional initiatives for smooth operations
Help maintain and improve team systems, documentation, and workflows to support donor relations best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years in administrative, operations, or advancement support roles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM databases
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills
Show grit, work with enthusiasm, think with intellect, and act with honesty and humility
Dedication to growth and professional development with an openness to coaching and mentoring
Able and willing to perform or assist with other duties as assigned
