Responsibilities
Identify which accounts, segments, and cohorts are showing early growth, at-risk patterns, or upsell potential
Recommend where GTM resources should focus based on usage behavior, customer profile, and stage in lifecycle
Evaluate the impact of GTM plays, marketing campaigns, and CS initiatives on consumption and retention
Highlight friction points in onboarding, adoption, and expansion that impact consumption growth
Design expansion forecasting models that tie to product usage signals
Surface high-potential segments, whitespace opportunities, and product adoption trends
Refine account tiering using firmographic, behavioral, and performance data
Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports for GTM teams in Salesforce & BI tools
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience working with consumption-based or usage-driven businesses
SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis
Understands sales motions, customer journeys, and GTM strategy
Comfortable interpreting usage, revenue, and pipeline metrics
Skilled in building and iterating dashboards
Distill complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leaders
Focuses on how data drives actions that lead to revenue growth
