Responsibilities

Support outreach efforts to students who have not completed the FAFSA, following established processes and scripts

Enter, update, and maintain student financial aid information and FAFSA data accurately in internal systems

Enter, update and maintain records for appointment outcomes daily

Assist with FAFSA Zoom sessions and workshops, helping ensure students are supported throughout the financial aid process

Send various reports to internal teams

Requires attention to detail and working off of various programs and applications to provide accurate data for critical reporting

Collaborate with various department groups within UTI

Required

High school diploma or GED required

One year of customer service experience

Must have excellent organizational skills and be very detail-oriented

Strong communication skills verbal and written

Excellent interpersonal skills

Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)

Preferred

Previous multi-line telephone experience is a plus
