Responsibilities
Assist in developing strategies to grow Paramount Global's content sales and revenue through Amazon's pay-per-use services
Perform market research, review data, and create presentations tailored to Amazon's requirements
Support the ongoing operation of Salesforce and other relevant internal systems, building expertise across the Digital Distribution & Sales team specific to Amazon account management
Coordinate and schedule meetings with Amazon stakeholders, prepare and circulate agendas, and properly record meeting minutes
Provide general support for sales relevant to the Amazon partnership
Work with various teams, including IT, Brand Marketing, Legal, Deal Management, Product Fulfillment, and Finance, to share information and discuss Amazon-related projects
Maintain reliable departmental documents and records pertaining to Amazon operations
Contribute to a culture of success, supporting ongoing business and goal achievement for Paramount's Amazon relationship
Undertake additional projects, duties, and responsibilities as needed to support the Amazon account
Reports to the Manager, Digital Distribution Americas
Partners with LA-based teams across IT, Marketing, Legal, Deal Management, Fulfillment, Accounting, Market Intelligence, Finance, Publicity, and Facilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree
2+ years of related experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience reporting to senior management
Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, and or Air Table
Preferred
Previous experience supporting or managing an Amazon account is a plus
