Responsibilities
Contribute to all project phases, from concept and programming to construction administration
Develop design narratives, presentations, drawings, models (ArchiCAD), and D5 renderings
Translate sketches into digital models and refine technical details
Assist with construction document production, material research, and meeting prep
Maintain organized project files and binders
Support client coordination, team communication, and design reviews
Help resolve design and technical challenges while meeting project deadlines
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in architectural design and technical production
Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience
Strong design sensibility and 3D visualization skills
High proficiency in ArchiCAD 28; working knowledge of D5, Lumion, or Twinmotion
High proficiency with structural, MEP systems, and working drawing sets
Excellent communicator with effective interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
video editing experience is a plus!
