Sales Manager, North and South America

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and follow up on new and existing business opportunities to meet sales targets
Partner with Sales and Account Managers to service, retain, and grow client accounts
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure top-quality products and services
Build and maintain strong client relationships through on-site visits and ongoing communication
Align all communications with company sales strategies and organizational goals
Work with product and design teams to develop customized solutions that exceed client expectations
Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve client issues with innovative, timely solutions

Qualification

B2B SalesBilingual (English/Spanish)Project ManagementMicrosoft OfficeCommunication Skills

Required

Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese highly desirable
Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced in Mac OS environments
Proven ability to lead teams, meet ambitious goals, and deliver measurable results
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels
Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
Credible, proactive, and effective in a fast-changing business environment
Willingness to travel frequently within North and South America, sometimes on short notice

Preferred

MBA or related advanced degree preferred
Proficiency in Portuguese highly desirable
