Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update project, purchase order, vendor, inventory, and timesheet data into company databases and ERP/CRM systems
Validate and cleanse incoming data sets; reconcile discrepancies and escalate unresolved anomalies to the appropriate stakeholder
Maintain and enforce standardized data templates, naming conventions, and data-entry controls to support reporting and audits
Process and code invoices, expense reports, and purchase requisitions to support month-end activities and AP workflows
Prepare and export routine reports and data extracts (CSV/Excel) for finance, operations, and field teams on request
Collaborate with remote colleagues to clarify missing information, support internal audits, and implement continuous improvements to data workflows
