Medegen Medical Products is seeking a Senior Mechanical Technician responsible for lubrication, preventative maintenance, and repair of all equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, supervising mechanical technician activities, and assisting in electrical and electronic duties as required.

Responsibilities

Assist Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor with Mechanical Technician Supervision

Troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of mechanical equipment

Lubrication and preventative maintenance (PM) of mechanical equipment

Assists Electronic technician in electrical and electronic duties

Able to perform welding, machining, and millwright duties

Identify parts and assist Parts Coordinator in the requisition and inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment

Assembles, and installs new mechanical equipment, enters work orders in the Maintenance Management System; able to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

Maintain all equipment in good running order, perform route checks and report deficiencies

Ensure that job site is clean and free of hazards, follow GMP practices

Maintains good housekeeping and safety practices when running equipment

Interacts and communicates with Production supervisor during shift and assist on production line when needed

Maintains professional certifications and keeps updated on all procedures and policy changes; keeps training up to date

Operates all maintenance equipment safely, follow LOTO practices
