Responsibilities
Lead the design and oversight of enterprise data architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
Architect and implement scalable data solutions, including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time data pipelines
Define and enforce data governance policies, metadata management, and data quality standards across systems
Provide technical leadership in the development of business intelligence environments, including advanced Power BI modeling and performance tuning
Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and Operational teams to optimize data consumption and reporting capabilities
Guide the integration of APIs and third-party systems to support seamless data exchange and interoperability
Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and oversee their implementation
Lead vendor and stakeholder engagement for solution delivery, ensuring alignment with architectural standards
Mentor and support junior data architects and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Conduct performance assessments of SQL Server environments and implement optimization strategies
Develop and maintain automated reporting frameworks using SSRS and other tools to support decision-making
Identify and resolve root causes of data quality issues, implementing scalable and repeatable solutions
Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures for data security, monitoring, and compliance

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles
Proven expertise in SQL Server, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and modern data tools (e.g., Databricks) is highly desirable
