Responsibilities
Serve as the primary finance partner for Global Consumer Sales and Marketing VPs
Provide strategic guidance on headcount planning, territory design, outlet expansion and marketing investments mix
Lead long-term strategic planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting for the Sales and Marketing organizations
Ensure alignment across sales incentives, marketing spending and overall corporate financial objectives
Develop analytical tools and frameworks to support strategic decision making and monitor execution, delivering proactive solutions
Evaluate ROI for marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
Collaborate with Sales Operations to design and validate incentive plans that motivate and drive desired behaviors while maintaining budget integrity
Champion process improvements through automation and simplification
Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly business reviews that go beyond reporting numbers to explain underlying drivers
Oversee the Global Consumer Sales & Marketing Finance Function
Lead, mentor and develop high-performing finance team
Qualification
Required
Significant experience (10+ years) in a publicly held finance organization, with a proven track record of driving profitability and delivering results, ideally in the technology, consumer electronics, or semiconductor sector
Expertise in process improvement, with hands-on experience implementing financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and leading transformative change initiatives
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for SanDisk's executive leadership
Strong leadership presence, with a track record of mentoring diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Highly analytical and metric-driven, with proficiency in modern financial tools (e.g., BI platforms, data visualization, or predictive analytics)
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a high-growth, innovation-focused technology environment
MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred; equivalent experience in finance leadership considered
