Human Resources Manager

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Proficiency in HR compliance, labor laws, and benefits administration
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to implement and oversee HR policies, while fostering a positive workplace environment
Proven leadership and people management capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
SHRM or PHR certification is a plus
Proficiency in HR software and tools is beneficial
