Responsibilities

Communicate with Design and Production through e-mail & Google Docs

Organize, enter information and keep record of submits pertaining to the product group assigned

Follow up on pending submits according to delivery calendar

Run reports and share information with cross-functional partners

Maintain submit library

Work one on one with designers to review all submits received from the factories (lab dips, strike offs, fabric bulks, trims, etc.)

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
