Responsibilities
You’ll review job sheets and ensure presses are set up correctly, selecting Anilox rolls, print sleeves, and stock
You’ll prepare inks, monitor press performance, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
Acting as the go-to resource for troubleshooting, you’ll support the press team and escalate issues when needed
You’ll also track production data, manage ink usage, and ensure proper registration and color consistency
When required, you’ll load and unload sleeves and rolls, operate the unwinder, and keep the workflow moving efficiently
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of mechanical, manufacturing, or printing experience, ideally with flexographic presses
Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to lead and support a production team
Preferred
If you've worked in a lead or supervisory role and have advanced troubleshooting skills for press equipment, that's a plus
