Assist patients with inquiries
Maintain organized patient records
Ensure smooth front desk operations
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to support efficient office workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing multiple phone lines and greeting patients professionally
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address patient needs and provide clear information
Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the ability to use scheduling systems and basic office software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office environment and maintain attention to detail
Preferred
Previous experience in a medical or customer-facing setting is a plus
