Responsibilities
Greet all clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
Collect and facilitate completed paperwork from clients
Notify attorneys and staff of client arrivals and make sure all procedures are followed
Maintain our lobby and conference rooms in a clean, organized, and professional condition at all times, ensuring they are properly stocked and ready for client meetings
Qualification
Required
Professional, welcoming, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a professional office setting
Preferred
Customer service or front desk experience preferred
