Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their Pool and Beach experience in collaboration with a team of Server Attendants
Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the chair sections
Ensure cleanliness of each section of the Pool and Beach areas and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set
Responsible greeting the guest, seating, bidding farewell, answering telephone and taking reservations, and coordinating end of shift reservation data
Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information
Qualification
Required
One to two years' previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
Strong communication skills
Energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
Passion for service and hospitality
Willing team player
Comfortable with computer systems including Micros and Open Table
Willing to accept assignments on an as needed basis
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
