Responsibilities
Leading and developing the HR team by providing coaching and mentorship
Creating and implementing structured work plans to establish timelines and priorities
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Overseeing seasonal hiring operations
Leading strategic workforce planning in partnership with operations and finance
Managing staffing agency partnerships
Leading complex employee relations matters
Providing guidance and coaching to managers on difficult employee situations
Partnering with legal counsel on complex relations and management matters
Overseeing core HR operations including HRIS management and benefits administration
Leading HR projects and initiatives
Implementing and optimizing HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and data integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience
7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
2+ years of supervisory or management experience
Proficiency with ADP WFN Payroll & HRIS systems
Deep expertise in Washington state employment law
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Industry experience in manufacturing, food production, or distribution
SHRM-CP or PHR
Spanish proficiency
